Business data you share with us during an engagement (pricing, customer lists, specifications) is treated as confidential. It is stored securely and used only to build and operate the tools we create for you. Your data is exportable at any time and deleted upon request after an engagement ends.
We retain your information only as long as it serves the purpose for which it was collected. After an engagement ends, client data is exported and/or deleted within 30 days of request.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing adrian@crbnhq.com.
We may update this policy. Material changes will be communicated via email. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
